“TheHairdryer for Murderers,” the brilliant comedy by Bruce Jordan and Marilyn Abrams, is back forits 16th year in Greece!
Starting Wednesday, October 11, the charming hairdresser Tony will be welcoming audiences at the Lambeti Theater on Alexandras Avenue forthe third consecutive year! The play is directed by Nikorestis Haniotakis, with an adaptation by Theodoros Petropoulos.
This beloved interactive show—the most offbeat and entertaining “whodunit” comedy—is aimed at people of all ages who love humor, mystery, and being part of the show!
The suspects on stage are increasingly addressing the audience watching them and challenging them to become more observant, more suspicious, and to answer the diabolical question:

The flamboyant hairdresser Tony (Ioannis Apergis), the upper-class lady Mrs. Hatzipatera (Andri Theodotou), the pink bubblegum-chewing blow-dry assistant Sophie (Areti Paschali), or the mysterious antique dealer Leonidas Petrovas, (played byAlexandros Papatriantafyllou);
It could be any one of them, because Police Officer Stavros Stavrakos (Dimitris Makalias) considers them all suspects! And right by his side is his brilliant (?) assistant, Panagos (Thanasis Viskadourakis)!
A brief recap of the story: The story takes place at the “Studio Antony” hair salon, somewhere in Athens. One day, the building’s owner, who lives on the top floor, is found murdered, and suspicion falls on the salon’s employees and customers. The audience is invited to find the killer, resulting in a different ending every night!
