Stage 7
Information
A new hub for art, music, and culture. STAGE 7, a collaboration between Dionysis Panagiotakis, Stages Network, and the Athenian Theaters, is opening its doors, fully renovated and with a new identity.
The venue, which seats approximately 150 people, was designed to foster close interaction between the artist and the audience and to offer a unique experience every night.
The atmosphere, acoustics, and design of STAGE 7 aim to create a “cultural hub” for the city.
Monday – Tuesday – Wednesday: Meetings with prominent figures from the worlds of literature, music, sports, and science in a unique interview series.
The “Cultural Evenings” at STAGE 7 is a series of events that will feature a writer, author, actor, director, composer, performer, as well as figures from the broader public sphere, who will engage in conversation—sometimes with Nikos Thrasyvoulos and other times with Vasilia Zervou. With a live audience, on a more personal and direct level, exploring topics such as art, society, and life, the events will be filmed and broadcast via Stage Network’s media channels.
These are first-person discussions between the guests and the journalists.
The agenda will cover a wide range of topics, from art and literature to the social and existential aspects of life.
The audience will occasionally have the opportunity to actively participate in the discussion, as well as to purchase the authors’ books.
Thursday – Friday – Saturday: Music nights featuring beloved artists and new voices, in a setting that allows the audience to experience the music more intimately than ever before.
“MEDUSA” is a historic arts venue in Athens, associated with some of the most glorious moments of the city’s nightlife. As a music hall, it was a landmark for music and entertainment, hosting artists who left an indelible mark and shaped an entire era.
With respect for its history and an eye on the present, Medousa returns as a contemporary music venue, a vibrant space for artistic expression that carries the memory, aesthetic, and spirit of the ’80s, translated into the language of today.
Medousa aspires to once again become a landmark on the city’s cultural map. A home for bold creators, for music and performances that engage with the present and write their own story.
A place where the past isn’t left behind—it continues to live on, inspire, and evolve, every night, on stage.
