Ήρα Κατσούδα

Hera Katsouda returns this summer with her new stand-up comedy show titled “Beautiful Thoughts,” for a one-time-only performance on Thursday, June 19, at the Lambeti Theater Terrace.

As she herself states, this is her most mature and, at the same time, her most immature work. The thoughts that unfold on stage are, in her own words, beautiful—and they are what help her survive the bleak, everyday reality.

The show explores questions that we all think about to some extent, but few dare to voice publicly. Where does the mind go when you let it wander? Since when has slut-shaming existed? Why is fishing considered the most exciting hobby in the world? What would aliens think of us if they visited us? And, finally, why are human relationships so contradictory?

If you feel like you’re tired of thinking about the same old things, then you’re very close to the right place. Or rather… you will be, once you go to the show.
