On an evening filled with music and emotion, the great performer presents favorite songs from his own discography, as well as timeless works by leading composers who have left their mark on Greek music. With the distinctive timbre of his voice and his profound interpretive power, Dimitris Basis continues to stand out as one of the most important folk singers of his generation.
With a long career, notable collaborations, and numerous performances at major theaters and concert venues, each of his live performances is a unique musical experience that blends timeless folk songs with the magic of summer concerts.
Joining him is Elena Founta, a young singer who stands out for her talent and dynamic stage presence.
On this summer tour, he is accompanied by outstanding musicians: the leading clarinet soloist Manos Achalinotopoulos, bouzouki virtuoso Yannis Sinanis, a close collaborator of the unforgettable Dimitris Mitropanos, the multi-talented conductor Tasos Athanasias, as well as a group of exceptional musicians.
