TERMS OF USE

These terms and conditions govern attendance at the performance for which a ticket has been purchased, within the theater and other facilities of the Athenian Theaters. These terms do not apply to the purchase of tickets for any performance that is on tour. The purchase of a ticket to attend a performance at the Athenian Theaters grants you the right to attend the theatrical performance under these terms and conditions.

  • Admission to the event venues is not permitted after the performance has begun, except during intermission, if one is scheduled.
  • When purchasing a student ticket or a ticket for the unemployed, the audience member must bring their student ID or unemployment card, which entitles them to the discount. Discounted tickets are strictly personal and may not be transferred; therefore, the attendee must present a police ID or passport, otherwise they will not be eligible for the discount and will be required to pay the remaining balance of the ticket price. Discounted tickets are not available to students of the Open University.
  • For performances that are not intended exclusively for children, children under the age of 6 are not permitted to attend. Children aged 6–12 are permitted to enter the theater upon purchase of the applicable discounted ticket for the performance. Children over the age of 12 must purchase a regular ticket
  • Ticket refunds are not accepted after purchase and payment.
  • All audience members must keep their ticket stubs until the end of the performance and present them if they leave the theater and then return.
  • Filming, video recording, and audio recording of the performance are prohibited, as is the use of cell phones.
  • Please note that spectators are not permitted to bring bottles, weapons, sharp objects, or anything else that could pose a safety risk to other spectators upon entry. The organizers reserve the right to conduct security checks at the entrance for security purposes only.
  • In the event that the performance is canceled for any reason, including cancellation due to extreme weather conditions, a pandemic, or force majeure that prevents the performance from taking place, an announcement will be made regarding a rescheduled performance at the same venue using the same tickets. In this case, ticket refunds are not accepted. If the performance is permanently canceled, an announcement will be made regarding how to receive a refund for the tickets.
