As part of Stages Network\u2019s Theatre Talks<\/strong> series, actor Dimitris Mamiou<\/strong> discusses Yannis Tsirou\u2019s<\/strong> play \u201cWild Seed,\u201d<\/strong> directed by Sofia Karagianni<\/strong>, which is being presented at the Mikro Horn Theater<\/strong>.<\/p>

Dimitris plays the role of Takis<\/strong>, a police officer trying to climb the social ladder in a small-town community. Through his character, the story highlights social pressures, the search for \u201cgood\u201d and \u201cevil,\u201d the conflict with the system, and the human struggle to find meaning and stability in a world that often limits him or leads him to dead ends. <\/p>

In the video, the actor analyzes how the play addresses people\u2019s daily struggles, social norms, and the limits of freedom and justice. Set against the small-town backdrop of Amoudi Beach, the play highlights the pressure, injustice, and importance of personal resistance against systems that restrict people\u2019s lives. <\/p>
