\n \u201cHeels in the Marsh<\/strong>,\u201d<\/strong>the new play by Akis Dimou<\/strong>, a pop political comedy, opens on June 2 at the Terrace of the Lambeti Theater<\/strong>. It is directed by Manolis Dounias and Aimilios Cheilakis.<\/p>
\n On the (political) stage of the theater: Aimilios Cheilakis, Athina Maximou, Marianna Toumasatou, Alekos Syssovitis, Dimitris Filippidis.<\/p>
\n A few words about the performance:<\/p>
\n A minister, his wife, and a leading figure in the Official Opposition. An eccentric, ambitious writer and a rising, equally ambitious journalist. A passionate (so they say) love affair that some cannot forget and others do not want to remember. A wedding anniversary that turns into a farce, a pile of dirty laundry that comes to light (but there\u2019s no water to wash it), and the public life of a country that, in other <\/strong>is at risk of other things as well <\/strong>It’s burning. And all this while everyone is waiting for the Prime Minister to arrive at the reception any moment now. <\/p>
